We loved this location! We parked our RV here and had a great stay. It's close to grocery stores, a gym, walking trails-super convenient. The customer service was awesome! I do wish there was a play area for the kids, but other than that, we really enjoyed it. Definitely planning to come back!

This is an older motel but has been very well cared for. This was the cleanest room I’ve stayed in for a long time! The owner and employees were all very kind and helpful. Great breakfast to top it off. I would definitely recommend unless you are wanting something “fancy.”

A great place to stay and charge the EV before visiting the nearby national parks. Charge to 100% overnight and you can visit the 4 in southern Utah, or even get to Grand Junction to explore Colorado. Rooms are crazy clean and they even made me perfect waffles on my way out. I love this place!

A clean and comfortable room. This was a great place to stay for the price. Offered a hot breakfast and was furnished nicely. Appreciated the care the housekeeping staff took to fold the wash cloths and towels. We will stay here again.

My boyfriend and I had an amazing stay here the other night when we were travelling from Salt Lake City to Moab. We arrived just after midnight to which we found the lights of the main office off and a number on the door to call for service. I didn’t even think about the fact that it’s a small town hotel and there probably wouldn’t be staff all night- but a lady answered and came out immediately to let us in and get us checked in. She was very kind and accommodating to our late arrival. The room smelled recently cleaned and everything was very neat and tidy. Toiletries were supplied. Room was quiet. Breakfast was made in the morning with lots of options. Price was very reasonable. Overall an amazing experience and if I ever return to the area I would stay here again.

My grandmother & mom have been visiting this location for decades, and upon arrival, I was able to appreciate and understand why immediately. It's their hospitality, and they remembered my mom by name. Their customer service is remarkable, and the accommodation we had was a true blessing. I needed my own space to rest, and the room we were accommodated in had a separate area within our room. The cleanliness is exceptional! I own a cleaning service, and when I visit a hotel, I typically don't expect it to meet my standards. However, they exceeded my expectations for a motel. It's comfortable here, and they offer a complimentary breakfast and will offer to make you waffels. In the future, I plan to bring my children, and it will be four-generations of delighted and grateful guests. I will not consider staying in any other location in all of Utah, I will be willing to travel to this location from now on. Thanks for being so amazing!

Front desk very pleasant on arrival. The room was clean and inviting. Slept like a baby on the wonderful king. Breakfast had milk, juice, coffee and water. Danishes, cereals, yogurt, eggs and great waffles! Happy we found this family run place on google, will stay again!
